Trey founded C3 Staffing Solutions with a simple but powerful mission: to take the frustration out of hiring by doing what most companies can’t (or won’t). While many firms rely on job boards and inbound applicants, C3 takes a true headhunting approach—finding and delivering top talent, wherever they are.

With nearly 15 years in the industry, he has worked on both the recruiting and business development sides of the recruiting world, specializing in Accounting, Finance, IT, Engineering, and Corporate Professional roles across all industries. What sets Trey apart is his personal and targeted approach—he doesn’t wait for top talent; he goes out and finds them.

    His passion for recruiting started in 2010 after transitioning from sales, where he realized he wanted to do more than just sell a product—he wanted to change lives. Whether helping businesses secure top-tier professionals or guiding candidates to career-changing opportunities, Trey believes in a personal, relationship-driven approach.
